Zen Rug Rounded

Inspired by Japanese Zen gardens, this rug was created during Denmark's first COVID lockdown as a response to needing grounded, calming spaces at home. Hand-woven from undyed wool in concentric circles, its cut-pile texture and rounded silhouette read as quietly meditative rather than decorative. Winner of the 2020 Bolia Design Awards.
