KAY BOJESEN

Collection: KAY BOJESEN

Trained as a silversmith under Georg Jensen himself, starting in 1907. His most famous wooden pieces began as function first — the now-iconic monkey was originally a coat rack, its long arms designed to bring a hook down to a child's height. His granddaughter, Sus Bojesen Rosenqvist, later revived the archive and still oversees the designs today.
